How far in advance should I order?
All orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis — message us to check availability.
Do you deliver?
Pickup is preferred, but delivery is available upon request for an additional charge.
What flavours do you offer?
Vanilla, Chocolate (our fan favorite), and Red Velvet, all with buttercream icing.

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Share your inspiration photos, colours, and theme, and we’ll create a custom quote.

How do Fleur Delights bouquets work?
Each cupcake is handpiped to look like a real floral arrangement — perfect for gifting.
Our floral cupcake bouquets are available in 7-piece or 12-piece arrangements. We also offer Fleur cupcakes in boxes of 4, 6, or 12, or fully custom sizes.
How should I store my order?
Refrigerate if not serving within 1–2 hours, and bring to room temperature before serving for the best taste.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
Orders are confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to pickup. Deposits are non-refundable, as preparation begins ahead of your order date.
